YIT launches sale of last apartments in Tammi development

The developer YIT Slovakia has launched the sale of apartments in the second building of the fifth, last, phase of the Tammi Dúbravka development. The new block of apartments will provide 42 apartments. It will be connected to the second building of the fifth phase with a community park. The sale of apartments in the first building was launched in September 2017.

The Tammi project has brought modern housing with complete adjacent amenities to Dúbravka,” said Milan Murcko, general director of YIT Slovakia, adding that its residents appreciate especially the variable layouts of the apartments in the development with their fresh design and close to nature feel via the view of the Carpathian Mountains and a lot greenery around. “I’m convinced that residents of the fifth phase will get to like their new home in Dúbravka also thanks to the community that has been already created in Tammi.”

The first building will have 14 floors and 86 apartments. The second one will have eight storeys and 42 apartments with up to three rooms. Their size will be from 30 square metres up to 69 square metres. Most of the apartments have a terrace or balcony. The price starts at €70,220 which includes a cellar alcove. Part of the fifth phase is also an underground garage with 149 parking places for cars, six parking places for motorbikes and 35 external parking places for the public.
