The Tujetoin project is nearing completion. The first stage was finished in March 2016, the second at the end of April 2017 and the third stage should be ready no later than June 2017, pending the final inspection.
The second phase on Dúbravčícka street received its final inspection recently and out of 144 flats there are only nine left. These are mainly 2-bedroom apartments and are priced from €117,000.
“After finishing the third phase, we would like to beautify the surrounding estates both under our ownership and those of the village,” said the director of the development company, Martin Šimurda.
Dúbravčícka street offers many facilities and benefits including its tranquil atmosphere. Seven months before its planned opening the Eperia shopping centre, built by J&T Real Estate and the first modern shopping centre in Prešov, is already 80 percent occupied, according to Reality Trend. The official opening is planned for the middle of November.
The EcoPoint administrative office building in Košice is set to expand. The seat of IT, Hi-tech companies, medical labs and assisted reproduction facilities, will double its current rentable area, Trend Reality wrote.
