The Tujetoin project is nearing completion. The first stage was finished in March 2016, the second at the end of April 2017 and the third stage should be ready no later than June 2017, pending the final inspection.
The second phase on Dúbravčícka street received its final inspection recently and out of 144 flats there are only nine left. These are mainly 2-bedroom apartments and are priced from €117,000.
“After finishing the third phase, we would like to beautify the surrounding estates both under our ownership and those of the village,” said the director of the development company, Martin Šimurda.
Dúbravčícka street offers many facilities and benefits including its tranquil atmosphere. Inhabitants have the advantage of living near Devínska Kobyla and yet at the same time it is only a short journey to the city centre. The Atrium Saratov shopping centre is close by and Bory Mall is only a little bit further away.
Coca-Cola HBC Česko a Slovensko, a company within the Coca-Cola Hellenic group, has sold its production and distribution premises of 155,000 square metres, including all technologies, in Lúka near Piešťany to Priemyselný Areál Lúka. The deal followed the decision of Coca-Cola to move its production from Slovakia to Austria. Both parties agreed not to disclose the value of the transaction.
Slovak-Finnish company YIT Slovakia has launched the sale of apartments in the third phase of the STEIN2 project in Bratislava. For the first time, there are apartments with terraces on offer. The final building approval is expected during the last quarter of 2018.
