Town and country come together as Tujetoin Project nears completion

The Tujetoin project is nearing completion. The first stage was finished in March 2016, the second at the end of April 2017 and the third stage should be ready no later than June 2017, pending the final inspection.

The second phase on Dúbravčícka street received its final inspection recently and out of 144 flats there are only nine left. These are mainly 2-bedroom apartments and are priced from €117,000.

After finishing the third phase, we would like to beautify the surrounding estates both under our ownership and those of the village,” said the director of the development company, Martin Šimurda.

Dúbravčícka street offers many facilities and benefits including its tranquil atmosphere. Inhabitants have the advantage of living near Devínska Kobyla and yet at the same time it is only a short journey to the city centre. The Atrium Saratov shopping centre is close by and Bory Mall is only a little bit further away.
