A new residential project is planned for the free estate on Paulínska street in the centre of Trnava. Two five-floor blocks will go up, covering an area of 2,400 square metres, Reality Trend wrote.
The Paulínska Residence will provide 45 flats in a low-energy use building – nine of them one-bedroom, 26 two-bedroom, seven three-bedroom and three four-bedroom, with areas from 36 to 118 square metres. There will also be an underground garage with 50 parking places and 38 cellars, Reality Trend continued.
The prices of the flats range between €1,700 and €1,900 euros per square metre. Two-bedroom flats with an area of 60 square meters cost €113,000 and three-bedroom flats with an area of 75 square metres cost €133,000. Garage parking places cost €10,200. The investor in the project is Praedium SK, a company from Bratislava, Reality Trend stated.

A Large industrial compound that has not served any purpose for years will be transformed into one of the biggest and most lucrative reality projects in the town of Banská Bystrica. On an area of four hectares will arise a new multifunctional compound of buildings.
The hotel, compound of the highest class, will be built over two years near Vrbické pleso. Investments are estimated at 40 million euros. Construction works have already started.
Spa Bojnice wants to improve and widen their accommodation and spa services. According to plans, the improvements should ensure a new hotel compound that will bear the name Čajka Bojnice, Reality Trend wrote.
