New Paulínska Residence to stand in the centre of Trnava

A new residential project is planned for the free estate on Paulínska street in the centre of Trnava. Two five-floor blocks will go up, covering an area of 2,400 square metres, Reality Trend wrote.

The Paulínska Residence will provide 45 flats in a low-energy use building – nine of them one-bedroom, 26 two-bedroom, seven three-bedroom and three four-bedroom, with areas from 36 to 118 square metres. There will also be an underground garage with 50 parking places and 38 cellars, Reality Trend continued.

The prices of the flats range between €1,700 and €1,900 euros per square metre. Two-bedroom flats with an area of 60 square meters cost €113,000 and three-bedroom flats with an area of 75 square metres cost €133,000. Garage parking places cost €10,200. The investor in the project is Praedium SK, a company from Bratislava, Reality Trend stated.

A thorough refurbishment of the Trnavské Mýto pedestrian underpass, a dilapidated but significant hub of public transport in Bratislava, was launched on October 16. Coca-Cola HBC Česko a Slovensko, a company within the Coca-Cola Hellenic group, has sold its production and distribution premises of 155,000 square metres, including all technologies, in Lúka near Piešťany to Priemyselný Areál Lúka. The deal followed the decision of Coca-Cola to move its production from Slovakia to Austria. Both parties agreed not to disclose the value of the transaction.
